Completing Tasks or Corrective Actions on the Web

*NOTE* The following can only be performed by Supervisor, Collaborator, or Admin level users. This article will view this functionality from the Admin level.

This article will walk the user through how to follow up on Corrective Actions all from one place: The Corrective Actions page.

1. Log in and go to the Group/Establishment you wish to view, or, if a Collaborator or Admin, choose the Company Level.

2. Under General (on the left nav) choose Corrective Actions. This will take you to the Corrective Actions page.

3. All Corrective Actions for that location (or workspace wide if viewing from the company level) will be displayed.

  • Sort through the columns using the various column headers

    • Group/Est. = Filter by Group/Establishments

    • Status = Open (covers all active and all past due), Completed

    • Title

    • Description

    • Assignee(s)

    • Due Date = Today, Past 7 Days, Past 30 Days, This Quarter, This Year, Next 7 Days, Next 30 Days

    • Completion Date = Today, Past 7 Days, Past 30 Days, This Quarter, This Year, Next 7 Days, Next 30 Days

    • Incident Number = Only pertains to Incident Reports (Employee Injury, Near Miss, Etc.) A blank or -- means this entry relates to an Audit, Safety Walk, or Behavior Observation.

4. Click into any Corrective action listed to view it in more detail and to interact with it.

  • Using Page Actions in the top right corner:

    • Edit = Allows the user to:

      • Add Notes

      • Add Photos

      • Change the Assignee

      • Change the Due Date

      • Mark the Corrective Action as Complete

        • NOTE: Always hit SAVE at the bottom if not marking the Corrective Action as Complete when done.

    • Delete = Deletes the Corrective Action

    • Transfer Ownership

      • This will allow another user to make edits and delete the Corrective Action.

      • Can only be used by the one who created the Corrective Action or an Admin.

      • DOES NOT CHANGE THE ASSIGNEE OF THE CORRECTIVE ACTION

    • Archive = Archives the Corrective Action.

      • Best used as a way of removing Closed items from without deletion.

DELETE the entry

TRANSFER OWNERSHIP
