Custom Documents

Folders were added so you can now organize your submitted documents.

Documents/Equipment

On all list pages for documents and equipment, the default time range to display will be all so there are no documents hidden when users first access the page.

Audits

The output PDF of the audit has changed to a more user-friendly format, and users can choose filters when exporting so only the information they want included is on the PDF.

Users will be able to send an email of the audit PDF from the mobile app upon submission. A pop-up will ask if they'd like to choose users or enter an email address to send it to.

Audit answers that failed but were checked as Corrected Immediately will now count as unacceptable in audit scoring.

Analytics for training completion % will look at individual training completion rather than entire training groups.

If Reassign automatically when a training is failed is selected for a training template, it will now reassign immediately after a failed training for each individual employee, as opposed to waiting for the entire training to be complete.

Assigning of Digital trainings will allow users to select one group per training, which allows for more accurate reporting/analytics. Users can still assign to multiple groups in one training by adding the group and selecting which employee(s) from each group to assign the training.

Certificates for training can be downloaded for anyone who has passed the training, even if the training has not been completed by all assignees yet.

There have been some updates to streamline the questions/answer choices on incident reports.

The Accounting Lost Days now has a filter to be able to show only days away, only days on restriction, or both.

Safety Walk

The required questions on Safety Walks have been updated to make it even easier to submit a hazard or bravo.

Users can now use a QR code to create a Safety Walk. Supervisors can download this from the Observations>Safety Walk list page by clicking Page Actions.
