Home establishments are meant to be used when an organization assigns digital training, i.e. training that employees log in and complete through their own iReportSource profile.
Assigning a home training establishment will allow you to select multiple groups/establishments when assigning training, and the assignees will only receive one training under their home establishment. If you're set up correctly, this means you only need to assign training one time and it will be linked to the appropriate establishment automatically.
Adding a Home Establishment on the Employee Profile
Sign in on the web at https://ireportapp.com/login as an Admin or Collaborator user and enter your Home Page
Navigate to the Employees List under the General menu:
3. Locate the employee you want to update, and click on their row:
4. Click on their Personal Info tab:
5. Locate the Home Group/Establishment drop-down menu:
6. Select the group/establishment that all digital trainings this employee completes should be filed under:
7. IMPORTANT: Click Update in the top right corner to save your changes:
The home group/establishment has been set up for this employee.
NOTE: If you want to do this for all employees at once please contact your Customer Success Champion or the CS Team at support@ireportsource.com and we will help you make the changes with the employee import template.
