The following enhancements were released on 8/10/25:

Training | The training expiration has been updated to use the individual employee completion date versus the training due date, so all expiration dates are unique to each employee. On the training list page, we will indicate which trainings expire, and will provide individual expiration dates on training reports. |

Employee List | We can show the last date logged in when exporting the employee list, so you can easily see which of your users are actively using the system. |

Audits | When selecting dates to bulk-export audits, the system will look at the submission date of the audit, not the creation date. This will allow users to bulk export by any time range and only receive the audits that were completed during that time frame. |

Audits | On the list page, we have removed the status tabs across the top, so you can look at all audits at one time. There will be a column so you can still filter by status if you would like. |

Corrective Actions | We updated the language for the description of a Corrective Action that has come from an audit. Now it will simply say "Requires correction:" and then include the text of the audit question. We will also label the notes, if any were added to the audit question so it is clear what the original question was, and what notes were added, if any. |

Corrective Actions | The list will now include a Source column to indicate where the CA originated from - an audit, incident report, Safety Walk, etc. and then will include the ID of that item so you can reference it as needed. |

Custom Documents (Mobile) | We have added more information to the document list, to make it easier to find a document. You will see the Document Type, created date, Name of Creator, and Document ID. All of these fields can be searched using the search bar at the top of the screen. |
