The following enhancements were released on 9/28/25:

Feature/Action

Enhancement

Example

Audits (Mobile)

Users can now view completed audits on the mobile app. Reporter users will be able to pull up their own, while supervisors, collaborators, and admins can view any within their location(s). Go to the menu and Audits to see a list.

You can search by audit title, date, etc. to find the one you need to view. There will be an indication of if there were any findings on each audit.

Audits (Mobile)

Once viewing a completed audit on the mobile app, you will see a quick overview of the sections to show which ones have findings, if any. Clicking next here will take you through to show the details on only the unacceptable findings.

You can click on Generate Report and then View Full Report to see the full audit with how every question was answered.

If you click Next after viewing the Summary, or if you select Email Report from the section menu, you'll have the option to email a copy of the PDF to anyone who needs it.

Select an iReportSource user (internal email) or click Add External Email to put an address in, then click Send Report to send the PDF.

Task Creation

Tasks can now be created for multiple groups and assignees on one page, both on the web and on the mobile app.

When assigning a task, simply click to add a group and you'll be presented with the options seen here - choose the group, choose an area (if they exist) and choose the assignee(s).

Tasks

When creating a repeating task, users will have more options for when the task should be due after it is assigned. There will be a text field to enter the number and then a drop-down to select Days, Weeks, Months or Years . This will account for any repeating task, no matter how frequently or infrequently it needs to be completed.

Tasks

We now have a template for bulk-creating Tasks. If you have a large amount of tasks you'd like created (from a compliance calendar, for example) please reach out to your Customer Success Champion and they can help you get them assigned easily!

Tasks and Corrective Actions

When viewing a task or corrective action, you will have more information at the top of the page:

  • Created By

  • Date Assigned

  • Source & ID (Incident, Audit, etc.)

Mobile App

Moving forward, whenever we have a forced mobile update, users will have a button that takes them to the App store to update their app. No more having to go to the app store and search!

Audits (Mobile)

When sending the PDF of the audit from the mobile app, the Summary section is being removed. The audit PDF will simply have the questions in the order they appear on the audit, along with any notes and photos.

Offline Usage

Due to a combination of low utilization, updates in libraries we have used, and the ever-growing presence of mobile data and wi-fi network capabilities in more remote locations, we are removing the ability to submit items while Offline.
