Product Release Notes 5/10/26

Written by Jeanette Wilson

The following enhancements were released on 5/10/26:

Feature/Action

Enhancement

Example

Custom Labeling

Administrators can now request to change the name/label on almost all features. For example, if you would like Audits to be called Inspections, you can request this change through your iReport Customer Success Champion or the support chat/email.

Hide a Feature

Administrators can request to hide features that the organization does not use. For example, if you do not use Quality Audits, you can request it to be removed from your workspace and then it will not be available for any users to submit. This can be adjusted at any time by contacting the iReportSource Customer Success team.

Safety Walks

Users will now have the ability to save Safety Walks as a draft if they are unable to complete it in one session. Simply click Save Draft when entering a Safety Walk, and it will go on your To-Do list under the Drafts section for you to come back and complete later. Note that Corrective Actions are only assigned when the Safety Walk is fully submitted.

Signatures

We have added a drop-down menu to select the name of the person signing anywhere there are signatures in the software.

Also, on templates for things like audits, documents, safety meetings, etc. we now have a question input type called Signature - Multiple where you can simply click a button to add as many signatures as you would like.

Incidents

Organizations can choose whether they want to automatically assign the Supervisor Summary task to the To-Do list of the user(s) selected in the "Who is filling out the Supervisor Summary?" question on the initial incident report.

Admins can make this change by doing the following:

Settings > Company Division > Edit the Company Division Details > Scroll down and check the box next to Auto-Assign Supervisor Summaries > click Update

List Pages

All list pages can now be customized -- users can select which columns they want included, as well as the order.

While on any list page, click List Options and select Customize Columns. From here, check or uncheck the box next to the columns to include only the ones you want to see, and click & drag to rearrange the order. Click Apply when finished.

Repeating Item Assignments

There has been a Custom Frequency added when creating a repeating assignment (task, audit, training, etc.)

When Custom is selected as the repeating frequency, the assigner can enter a number and then select days/weeks/months/years from the drop-down to fully customize how often the item is assigned. The same is true when choosing the Due After timeframe.

Incidents

Organizations have the option to allow selected Collaborator users to edit initial incident reports.

The default for this is OFF, so if you want to allow any Collaborators to edit initial report information, you go to Settings > Company Divisions > Edit Company Division Details> find the Collaborators who can edit Initial Reports drop-down menu, and select the names of the users you want to give this permission to. Be sure to click Update when finished.

Corrective Actions

Any Corrective Actions that are tied to a piece of equipment will have the equipment title listed in the details while viewing the Corrective Action, so the assignee immediately knows which piece of equipment this task pertains to.
