Log into iReportSource at https://www.ireportapp.com/login
Access your Home page by choosing a location
Click on Document Repository in the menu on the left, and choose Qualifications:
4. Here you will see all Qualifications that have been shared with your location by the company’s leadership. You may see items like the title of the Qualification, which employee(s) hold it, the attached file title, the expiration date, and the group/establishment it is shared with.
NOTE: These may or may not be organized into a folder structure. If you see folders, you may click on them to view the documents that have been added to just that folder. Clicking on the top level Qualifications link shows you all documents.
Adding a Qualification
1. To add a new qualification, click the Add Qualification button in the top right corner of the page:
2. Fill in all information (required fields are marked with a red asterisk *) and hit Submit:
Editing Qualifications
1. To Edit a qualification, simply click on the row it is listed in:
2. Make any desired changes, and click the Submit button:
Deleting Qualifications
1. Check the box to the left of any Qualification(s) you'd like to delete. Then, click on List Options on the right side of the page, and click Delete:
2. Confirm that you'd like to delete the selected Qualifications. Click Delete:
