How to Edit an Initial Incident Report

NOTE: Only Admin users can edit an initial incident report.

  1. Log in on the web at https://www.ireportapp.com/login and select either the company level, or the Group/Establishment where the incident is located.

2. Once you are in the location with the incident, you can find the incident by going to the menu and clicking on Incidents -> All Incidents or the specific incident type:

3. Use the search bars at the top of the list to filter the results, clicking on the incident once found. You will then enter the incident.

4. Once in the incident report, click on the box where it says Initial Report.

5. You will then be taken to where you are viewing the initial report that was submitted. In the top middle is an image of a padlock and next to it says Report Complete VIEW ONLY ACCESS.

6. Move your mouse cursor over the padlock. It will then change and say UNLOCK? next to it. Click there.

7. A window will pop-up confirming that you wish to re-open the report. Select Re-open Report.

8. You can now edit the initial report! Make your changes and click Save at the bottom of the page.

9. Once saved, the Initial Report will go back to a locked state and you will see in the top middle of the screen a confirmation message that the initial report has been updated.

  • NOTE: The initial report can be opened as many times as needed.
