NOTE: Collaborator users can only delete an incident report if they are the incident owner for that specific incident report. All administrator users have this ability.
Log in on the web at https://www.ireportapp.com/login and select either the company level, or the Group/Establishment where the incident is located.
2. Once you are in the location with the incident, you can find the incident by going to the menu and clicking on Incidents -> All Incidents or the specific incident type:
3. Use the search bars at the top of the list to filter the results, clicking on the incident once found. You will then enter the incident.
4. Once in the incident report, in the top right corner you will see a small, downward facing arrow to the right of the Incident Owner. Click there:
5. A dropdown menu will appear. Click on Delete Incident at the bottom of the menu.
6. You will see a confirmation window appear. If you are sure you wish to delete this incident report, click Delete Incident.
NOTE: Deleting an incident will delete all associated data with it. If you delete an incident in error, please contact the iReportSource Customer Success team for assistance.
7. Once confirmed, the incident will be deleted and you will be taken back to your dashboard.
