NOTE: Only Admin users will be able to perform these steps.
1. Log in on the web at https://www.ireportapp.com/login
2. You will see on the main page all of your company’s Group/Establishments. In the upper left corner of each Group/Establishment is a circle with either an image or a question mark.
3. To assign or change an incident owner, click on that circle. A dialog box will appear with a drop down list from which you can choose who you wish to be the incident owner.
NOTE: Incident ownership can only be assigned to Collaborators or Admins with access to the Group/Establishment of the incident being reported.
4. Once you have chosen who you wish to be the incident owner, click on Save Changes.
5. Repeat these steps for as many Group/Establishments as you need to. It is recommended that each Group Establishment have an incident owner, as the incident owner is the individual responsible for the proper reporting of incidents for their location(s), and will be able to assist supervisor and reporter users with various report components.
