Safety Audits

On the mobile app, you now have the ability to start a safety audit without needing to assign it to yourself. This is done in the make observation area of the action items menu. The create assignment area of the action items menu still allows you to assign safety audits to other users.

Incident Reporting

The Non Conformance section was replaced by a Corrective Actions section, which is tied to the Root Cause section. Now, when you identify root causes, they are added to the Corrective Actions component for you to quickly assign them to the appropriate employees for completion, or mark that they were immediately fixed.

Root Cause was also updated to more easily identify the causes for incidents.

MyAnalytics

You can now run analytics on custom questions that are added to incident reports. Only those without text field/open ended answers can be analyzed.

We have cleaned up the detailed view to remove columns that were redundant or not necessary for end users.

Incident Reporting

We revamped questions on the incident basics as well as the vehicle accident basics reports.

Employee Profile

We improved the employee profile snapshot to include additional information. The incidents they are involved with are clickable and will take you to the incident. A Bravos tab was added to easily see the bravos that were submitted for the employee.
