Tasks/Corrective Actions

You now have the ability to add photos of the defect when creating a task. Corrective actions from Safety Walks and Safety Audits that have pictures associated with them will automatically add those photos as Defective. When completing a task, you can upload Corrected photos too. See this video for more information.

Password Resets/Logging In

When someone logs in while using the default password for an organization, they will now be prompted to create a new password before being able to continue. This is to add security to accounts and discourage the continued use of the default password after an account is activated or the password is reset.

OSHA Logs

When you have multiple sheets on an OSHA log, you will now download one file with several tabs, rather than downloading several separate spreadsheet files.

MyAnalytics

There is now a search bar at the top of the filters in MyAnalytics.

Training

You now have the ability to add training materials to an already submitted on-the-spot training. Ex. you want to track attendance at the time of the training and then want to upload quizzes, a picture of the sign in sheet, etc. later -- you'll be able to edit the training and add materials now.

OSHA Logs

On the OSHA Log, we will now cap the days away/on restriction at 180, and move them all to days on restriction, to be in line with the OSHA standard. Your OSHA Compliance section of the incident investigation will continue to count the total days for you.
