Witness Statements

Witness Statements are now automatically assigned to the user when they are selected as a witness. This item is added to their ToDo list, and they are given email/mobile notifications if enabled. Users who have access to the Investigation Stage of the incident report can see completed witness statements, as well as adjust the due date for those already assigned. You can also now add witnesses after the incident report is created. Please see this video for a walkthrough of the new witness statement functionality.

Safety Walks

Admin users now have the ability to edit the inspection location of an already-submitted Safety Walk as needed. This can be found under the Page Actions menu while viewing a Safety Walk on the web.

OSHA Forms

On 300A and 301 forms, information on the user downloading the forms will be pre-populated so you do not have to print and enter it yourself. For example, the job title, phone #, date, and name will be on both. The 300A will also give you to option to capture a digital signature to include on the file, so you do not have to print and sign.
