The following enhancements/fixes were released on 9/14/22:

Incident Reporting | We have made adjustments to the questions/answer choices to help make them more concise and easier to understand. |
Equipment Feature | We now have an Equipment feature, which will allow you to add individual pieces of equipment and tie documents, photos, videos, safety audits and trainings to them. You can then use a QR code specific to each piece of equipment to view these items and begin a safety audit on demand. Please see this video for a more thorough introduction to this tool. |
Leaderboards | Collaborator and Admin users can now create Leaderboards and view the Top 10 or Bottom 10 employees or locations with any given data point. Please see this video for more information on setting up your Leaderboards. |
Custom Report Questions/Custom Documents | You have the ability to export all custom report questions and all fields of a custom document to an Excel file, allowing you to analyze any and all data captured. This is taking the place of any custom analytics being offered. See the below documents for step by step instructions how to export the data: |
Repeating Assignments (Tasks, Audits, etc.) | Any repeating audit/task/etc. will now have the ability to be paused and resumed. Previously you needed to delete and recreate to stop the automatic assignment of the repeating items. Also, we have added a quarterly option when choosing the frequency with which to assign the item. |
Tasks | Tasks will now have an owner just like incidents do. The creator of a task is the owner by default, but they now have the ability to change ownership of the task to another admin or collaborator user. |
