Exporting Analytics Card Data to Excel/JSON File
Selecting Which Columns to Include on CSV or JSON Exports
The CSV and JSON exports at this time contain every question as a column. You are now able to limit the iReportSource questions (i.e. not the custom questions) to show only the fields you want on the CSV or JSON.
From the MyAnalytics page, click Page Actions and select Customize Export Columns:
Select the columns you want included from the drop-down menu of the appropriate Data Source. For example, if you want to limit the columns for Training data, click to skip to Training and then check the boxes for the fields you want included:
Click Save when finished. This will filter ALL reports on your dashboard to include only the selected columns when exported as a CSV or JSON file.
NOTE: If you share the dashboard that you created with others, and you add restrictions for which columns are exported, the users you shared the dashboard with will also see those, unless they go in and mark their own preferences.
Emailing PDF, .CSV or .JSON files of Analytics Dashboards Automatically
NOTE: Admin and Collaborator users need to set up these reports, but they can be set up to email any address. They can be set up to send to any supervisor, collaborator, or admin users of the system as well.
From your Home Page, go to Insights > MyAnalytics:
Find the Dashboard you want to set up report emails for, and click the Reports button:
Select the iReportSource user(s) and/or add the email address of non-users you want to share the dashboard reports with. (NOTE: If entering an email address, hit enter after each one to add them to the list of external users below)
Then, select which report(s) you want to send (PDF, .CSV, .JSON) and the frequency to send them.
Click Update when you're finished:
