Safety/Quality Audit Exception Reports

Both Safety Audit exception reports and Quality Audit exception reports allow you to see how many audits of a certain kind have been assigned to employees in a particular time frame, and how many of them have been completed.

NOTE: The process of running an exception report is the same for either Safety or Quality Audits. This article will focus on Safety Audits for its example.

1. Log into iReportSource at https://ireportapp.com/login

2. Go to Audits and click on either Safety Audit Exception Reports or Quality Audit Exception Reports:

3. Select the time frame and the audit you want to review (along with any other optional filters) then click Run Report:

4. The bottom of the page will populate with the employees that fit the filters:

5. To export the list to an Excel file, click on Page Actions in the top right corner and click Export Table:

6. To send an email reminder to all employees with incomplete audits in the time frame chosen, click on Page Actions and click Email Users:
