We have added the text field question option for Safety Audits.

Leaderboards

A Safety Audit Title filter has been added for Safety Audit leaderboards.

Also, a Most Missed Quiz Question leaderboard has been added to the Training category.

Custom Documents

Users now have the ability to duplicate a completed custom document which will allow them to keep all previous answers, make changes where necessary, and then save. This will be especially helpful for JHA/JSA documents, for example, where only minor changes may take place from day to day.
