This article outlines the minimum requirements for best results when using the iReportSource mobile and web platforms.

Supported Operating Systems for WEB USE:

  • Windows

  • Mac

  • Chromebook

    • NOTE: If you are using a Chromebook, you need to use the web version only - mobile is not supported on ChromeOS.

    • You may have to Request Desktop Site in Chrome Browser Settings.

NOTE: We cannot support operating systems that are no longer supported by Windows, Apple, or ChromeOS. These sites show which versions are currently supported by Windows and Mac OS. Chromebooks automatically search for and download updates, so just be sure to keep those installed - this article explains how to finish or look for updates.

Supported Web Browsers:

  • Google Chrome (recommended)

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Firefox

NOTE: All browsers should be kept up to date with the latest version available. We cannot support issues that arise while using an outdated browser version. These steps show how to update Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
