NOTE: Only Admins and Collaborators can edit equipment
iReport allows for the tracking and updating of your company's individual equipment, from forklifts to trucks to welding machines and points in-between.
This document outlines how to manage existing equipment entries using the Web App.
NOTE: Collaborators can view the Company Level for all their assigned locations.
NOTE: Equipment can only be entered and edited on the Web App.
VIEWING AND EDITING AN EXISTING EQUIPMENT ENTRY
1. Log into iReportSource https://www.ireportapp.com/login
2. Select your location or go in through the Company Level
3. Click the Equipment tab found under General.
4. Search for the equipment you wish to manage.
You can search for the specific equipment by:
Name
Status (Operational, Service, Not Operational)
Location
Number of Associated Tasks
5. Click into the equipment you wish to view. You will see the Equipment Information page which contains all pertinent information about the selected equipment.
From here you can Edit the information as needed, as well as assign out Audits, Tasks, and Trainings, and even Delete the equipment itself from this page.
Select Save at the bottom after you have made your changes.
To Delete, click Page Actions -> Edit Equipment and then again click Page Actions -> Delete Equipment Confirm your choice and you are all set.
To Archive, click Page Actions -> Edit Equipment and then again click Archive Equipment.
6. You can download the selected equipment's QR code from this page as well.
6a. If you need to download multiple equipments' QR codes, then you can do so from the main equipment page. Just check the boxes on the left hand side of the equipment you need the QR codes for.
