The iReportSource Mobile App is supported on both Apple and Android devices. This article will guide the user through the process of updating the iReportSource Mobile App on these devices.
Updating via QR code
1. Open your phone or tablet's camera
2. Scan the appropriate QR code below to be taken to the iReportSource app page
If on an iPhone or iPad, scan the code for the Apple App Store
If on an Android device, scan the code for the Google Play Store
3. Tap where it says update and you will be good to go!
Updating manually on iPhone/iPad
1. Go to the Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad
2. Search for iReportSource using the search function
3. Tap the iReportSource result, which will take you to the app page.
4. If an update is available, it will say Update. Tap on update to update the app.
5. Once done, it will say Open and you are ready to use the app.
Updating manually on Android
1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Manage apps & device. Apps with an update available are labeled "Update available." Find the iReportSource app on this list.
4. Tap Update.
