This selection of articles will guide the user in how to manage submitted Custom Documents on both the Mobile and Web versions of iReportSource, as well as how to Archive and how to Delete them (both WEB only).
Editing Submitted Custom Documents on Mobile
1. Log into the iReportSource app
2. Click on the menu icon:
3. Choose Documents:
4. Click Custom Documents:
5. You are taken to a page that shows all previously-submitted custom documents for your location. Using the search bar at the top, or by scrolling, find the document you wish to edit and tap into it.
NOTE: The oldest documents are listed first.
6. At the bottom of the screen are two buttons: Duplicate and Edit. Tap on Edit, and the document will be unlocked. You can now edit any number of answers, add answers, and add additional photos. Be sure to tap Save when finished to save your changes.

Editing Submitted Custom Documents on the Web
1. To Edit an already-submitted custom document, click on the row where it resides from the list:
2. Click Page Actions -> Edit Document in the top right corner of the page:
3. Make any desired changes, and click Save at the bottom of the page:

Archiving Submitted Custom Documents on the Web
NOTE: The ability to archive submitted Custom Documents is only available on the Web.
1. While on the list page for Custom Documents, check the boxes to left of documents you wish to archive, and then List Options -> Archive Documents
2. These are now archived and can be found under the Archived Tab on the Custom Documents list page.
Deleting Submitted Custom Documents on the Web
NOTE: The ability to delete submitted Custom Documents is only available on the Web.
1. While in Edit mode as defined in the above steps, you will notice the option to Delete Document after you click Page Actions. Click to Delete the document and confirm when prompted:
