The following enhancements were released on 2/25/24:
Feature/Action | Enhancement/Fix |
Incident Reporting | There are three new incident types:
|
Incident Reporting | You will be able to add incident type(s) to an existing incident. Ex. if you create a property damage report, but then find out an injury occurred from the same incident, you can add the injury to the existing report instead of having to build a whole new one! See this article for steps on how to add report types to existing reports. |
Incident Investigation | We have revamped the Root Cause section of incident investigation to be able to accept any Root Cause Findings. Instead of drop down menus, you will now be able to Add Root Causes, provide a category, title, description, and whether it requires a Corrective Action. If a Corrective Action is required, the Root Cause you added will have a placeholder in the Corrective Action report component for you to assign accordingly. |
Corrective Actions | Corrective Actions are now considered their own task type, and will be listed separately from tasks on the General menu. Users can use the List Actions drop-down menu to bulk re-assign Corrective Actions, or Send Reminders. |
Analytics | Supervisors, Collaborators and Administrators can add up to four analytics cards to their Home Page. See this article for more information on how to do this. |
Behavior Observations | We have added the ability to have Behavior Observations submitted confidentially. This determination is made at the template level so all submissions of a particular template will be confidential or not. Just like with the Violence/Harassment Report, you will select which users are able to view these observations. |
Custom Documents | We have added the ability to have Custom Documents submitted confidentially. This determination is made at the template level so all submissions of a particular template will be confidential or not. Just like with the Violence/Harassment Report, you will select which users are able to view these documents. |
Incident Reporting | There have been some changes to incident titles, questions, etc. to improve the overall user experience. |
