NOTE: Only Administrator and Collaborator users have the ability to add/edit/delete Leaderboards.

NOTE: This guide is from the Admin user perspective.

Creating a Leaderboard with Leaderboard Cards

1. Log in to iReport and click into your location.

  • Admins, it is recommended that you click into the Company Level of your workspace.

  • Collaborators will need to select the location they wish to create the leaderboard under, and enter there.

2. From the Left Nav bar, select Insights followed by Leaderboards.

3. You will be taken to the Leaderboard main page. This is where you will be able to Create, View and Delete Leaderboard dashboards.

  • To create a leaderboard, look in the top right corner and select Create Dashboard.

4. A form will appear. As you fill out the form, starting with Dashboard Title, you will be able to create your Leaderboard Cards.

  • Start with your Dashboard Title and who you wish to have access to this Leaderboard through the Permissions drop down.

    • You will be able to choose if users will have:

      • View/Edit or View Only permissions for all cards in the dashboard

      • Indefinite Access to the cards, or only until a specified date.

        • View Only/Indefinitely are the default settings for users.

5. Once filled out, create your Leaderboard Card(s) by clicking the + Leaderboard Card button as often as needed.

6. Another form appears, this time for creation of the Leaderboard Card. You will be able to:

  • Choose the Category (feature) the card will look at. Available options are:

    • LOTO Procedures

    • OSHA

    • Quality Audits

    • Reports

    • Safety Audits

    • Safety Walks

    • Tasks

    • Trainings

  • Choose a subcategory based on the above options

  • Title

  • Display Content for

    • Individual Employees

    • Locations

  • If available a specific title (ex. Audit Title, if Safety or Quality Audit is the chosen Category)

7. Once finished with your card, you may continue to add more as described in step 5, or you may click the green Create button at the bottom of the page. You should see something like this:

Your leaderboard is now created!

Sharing Leaderboards with Others

1. You can share Leaderboards with any users who have access at a Collaborator level or higher. There are two ways to do this: At Creation and After Creation.

2. At Creation: You can add users to share with at the time of creation of your Leaderboard(s).

  • You will be able to choose if users will have:

    • View/Edit or View Only permissions for all cards in the dashboard

    • Indefinite Access to the cards, or only until a specified date.

      • View Only/Indefinitely are the default settings for users.

3. After Creation: You can share with users after creation of your Leaderboard by going to the Leaderboard main page and clicking Edit on the Leaderboard you wish to share.

  • From the Permissions section, choose the user from the dropdown.

  • You will be able to choose if these users will have:

    • View/Edit or View Only permissions for all cards in the dashboard

    • Indefinite Access to the cards, or only until a specified date.

      • View Only/Indefinitely are the default settings for users.

4. Click Save when finished

Downloading a Leaderboard

1. From the Leaderboard main page, click on the Leaderboard you wish to download.

2. Once viewing the Leaderboard, click the gear icon in the top right of the Leaderboard and select Download Leaderboard from the dropdown.

  • NOTE: This will need to be done for each individual Leaderboard card you have on the dashboard that you wish to download.

3. A CSV file will download. Once done, you will be able to use Excel (or your preferred spreadsheet software) to view. It is a very simple document, meant to give you the list of all who appear on the leaderboard card you downloaded.

  • It will look similar to this:

  • NOTE: If the file does not download, please check that your browser's pop-up blocker is allowing for all pop-ups from www.ireportapp.com/app

Editing a Leaderboard and Leaderboard Cards

1. There are two ways to edit a leaderboard

  • The dashboard level

  • The card level

2. To edit at the Dashboard level, go to the Leaderboard main page and click the Edit button on the Leaderboard you wish to edit.

3. This will let you edit the title and the permissions of the dashboard.

4. To edit at the Card level, click into the Leaderboard you wish to work on, and then click on the gear icon of the card you wish to edit.

  • Click Save when done.

Cloning a Leaderboard Card

1. To Clone a Leaderboard card, follow step 4 above, but select Clone Leaderboard from the dropdown instead. Your leaderboard will then be cloned to your dashboard and you may edit as needed.

  • NOTE: The cloned card will have Copy in its name.

Deleting a Leaderboard Card or Leaderboard Dashboard

1. There are two types of Deletion that can occur with Leaderboards

  • Deletion of a card

  • Deletion of the entire Leaderboard

2. To delete a card, click into the Leaderboard and click on the gear icon of the card (just like in steps 4 and 5 above for editing and cloning a card). Select Delete Leaderboard.

3. Confirm your choice, and the card is now deleted.

4. To delete an entire Leaderboard dashboard, go to the Leaderboard main page and click on the Trash Can icon on the dashboard you wish to delete.

5. Confirm your choice, and the dashboard is now deleted.
