Administering an Assigned In-Person Training - WEB
1. Log in at https://ireportapp.com/login and enter your home page
2. From your To-Do list, click the Administer In-Person Training task for the establishment/location you are training:
3. You are taken to a page with the training instructions, training material, quiz (preview), and the method of which the attendees are being tracked.
The method of tracking attendees was chosen by the person who assigned you the training. There are three options:
Manual entry: They did not ask for digital quiz taking/signature collection so you will select the attendees from the drop-down menu. This is how they are counted as present for the training.
You can track who did not attend as well.
QR Code: If you see a QR code, this means the attendees of the training will need to scan it from within their own iReportSource account using a mobile device, take the quiz (if there is one), and submit their signature.
To-Do List: If the person who created this training and assigned it to you selected this, once you manually enter the attendee(s) for the training and create it, they will be assigned a task to complete the quiz (if there is one) and add their signature and submit the training. This will be on their To-Do list and they'll be notified of this assignment. This will function like the manual entry above.
Tracking Completed Training Attendance - WEB
Log in at https://ireportapp.com/login
2. From the home page, click on the Training menu and selecting Training:
3. Click on Create Training in the top right corner:
4. Complete all required fields in the three steps of training assignment:
Step 1: Basic Information
Training Template: If you plan to assign a training for which a template already exists, select it here.
Training Format: Choose In-Person
Add to Folder: (Optional) Choose a training folder where this training should be stored. This requires you to have already created folder(s).
Step 2: Training Details
If you selected a Template in the Basics step, most training information is populated in non-editable fields.
If you did not select a template, you will need to enter all required fields before continuing. These fields are:
Training Title: Put in the title of your training
Type of In-Person Training: Choose "Track Attendance of a Completed Training"
Training Materials. You will need to upload at least one document/file (PDF/WORD/JPEG/PNG/MOV) or link to youtube. You can attach as many files as you wish.
OPTIONAL:
Set the training to expire
Put on the attendee's MyToDos (requires them to be able to log in to iReport) where they can sign that they were present at this training.
Step 3: Schedule
Choose the Establishment and Area (optional) to associate with this training record.
Completed On: Enter the date the training took place.
Assign By:
Job Title: This allows you to select job title(s) and the training will be tracked for all employees with that exact job title in their iReportSource profile.
Employee: This gives a list of employee names - check the box next to the attendees to add them.
Click Create at the bottom of the page when done.
Tracking Completed Training Attendance - MOBILE
1. Log in like normal on the MOBILE app, and choose the + in the bottom right corner.
2. Create Assignment and choose Training and tap Submit
3. Choose In Person and tap Training Details
4. Fill out the required fields. Tap Submit when done.
Training Title: Put in the title of your training
Type of In-Person Training: Choose "Track Attendance of a Completed Training"
Training Materials. You will need to upload at least one item (JPEG/PNG) or link to youtube.
NOTE: Mobile will only allow for photo files. You can take a photo with your device, or upload from your device's camera roll.
5. Tap Scheduling
6. Fill out the fields, tapping Submit once filled out.
7. Tap Submit when finished to submit the training.
