Running the Training Report

  1. Log in on the web at https://www.ireportapp.com/login

2. Enter your dashboard, then from the menu on the left select Training > Training Report:

3. Select the parameters you would like to run the report for - required fields are indicated by a red asterisk *:

  • Date - choose the year you want to pull data from

  • Training Title - select all training(s) to include on the report

  • Group or Establishment (optional) - this will limit the report to only show records tagged with the establishment(s)

  • Area (optional) - this will limit the report to only show records tagged with the area(s)

  • Hire Date (optional) - this will filter results by the select time frame for employee's date of hire

  • Job Title(s) (optional) - you can select to include only certain job titles in this report

4. Click Run Report:

5. The report will display at the bottom of the screen. You can filter by any column. You will see one of a few options in the cells for the trainings per employee:

  • Not Required: This training is not required per the employee's job title expectations, and they have not completed it.

  • Unassigned: This training IS required, and has not yet been assigned.

  • Completed: This training has been completed.

  • In Progress: The training is being completed, but has not yet been submitted.

Sending Reminders for Incomplete Training

Once the training report is created, you'll be able to check the box next to certain employees or check the box at the top to select all available incomplete trainings and then click on List Options > Send Reminder.

This sends an automated reminder email through the system to the employee (provided they have an email address on their account)

Exporting a Training Report to CSV

After creating the Training Report, click on Page Actions in the top right corner, then click Export Table. It will allow you to download this information as a CSV. Then you are able to see all data and filter accordingly in Excel, if you prefer.

Setting a Training Report to Send via Email Automatically

After creating the Training Report, click on Page Actions in the top right corner, then click Send a Report. It will allow you to set automatic training reports to send to users at a predetermined frequency.

Select the User(s), Training(s), and Frequency details. Then click Update
