On any page from the left side menu that shows a list of items, you'll be able to do actions like Archive and set a Default Date Range for the page .
Archiving List Page Content
Log in at https://ireportapp.com/login
Enter your Home Page
From the left side menu, select any list page.
Ex. Incidents > Employee Injury, Audits > Safety Audits, etc.
In this example, we are using Audits, but every list page works the same way
4. You are taken to the Active tab. There will be an Archive tab at the top as well where any previously archived content will be accessible.
5. Add any appropriate filters to the content/date range, then check the box next to each item you want to send to the Archive tab.
NOTE: If you want to select more than what is displayed on the current page, select ALL ROWS from the drop-down menu. Checking the box for all will select all that is visible on the page and will not select anything from other pages of the list.
6. Click List Options on the right side of the page and select Archive:
7. All select items are moved from the Active tab to the Archived tab. If you ever want to move something back, you follow the same steps under the Archived tab and select to Un-archive them instead.
Apply a Date Range to List Pages

4. Click the Date Range drop-down menu, and select a pre-made option, or choose Custom Range to select the start/end date.
5. Once you've made a change, you are given the option to save the date range as the default for any time you access this same list page again until a new default is selected:
