The Equipment Exception reports allow you to see which Audits or Lockout Tagout Procedures have been completed in a chosen time range. You can choose to look at all of them, or only those your organization has marked as required.

1. Log in on the web at https://ireportapp.com/login

2. Click to enter your dashboard

3. From the General menu, select Equipment Exception Reports:

4. Fill out the fields for the report - note that not all are required:

  • Types of Audit/LOTO: Tell us whether you want to look at ALL audits, or just the required ones.

  • Date: Select a date range to pull data from.

  • Group or Establishment and Area: Select which location(s) you want to pull the data from.

  • Equipment Title(s): Select the equipment you want to measure. There is a search box and a Select All button, for if you want to select all of one type of equipment.

  • Audit/LOTO Title(s): If you want to focus on only certain templates, choose the title(s) here.

5. The resulting report will list all equipment you selected, and all audit or lockout tagout procedures you selected. In each cell, it will say whether the audit was:

  • Completed: This will be indicated by showing date/time it was completed

  • Not Linked to Equipment: The audit in this column is not linked to the equipment name in this row.

  • Not Completed Yet: This is not required, but the audit template is linked to the equipment so it could be completed at a later date.

  • Required but not Completed: This means the organization designated the audit in this column as Required for this piece of equipment, but it has not been completed in the time range selected.

6. You can click Export Table in the top right corner to save this as a .CSV to share with others or open in Excel.
