Your organization has the option to automatically assign a task to review a newly submitted Employee Injury report and obtain a signature. This article will show how to identify who needs to be sent the task, and how it looks when they get the task assigned, review the report and provide their signature.
Designating Which Users Need to Sign for Employee Injury Reports
NOTE: Only administrator users can complete this step.
Sign in at https://ireportapp.com/login
Click to enter your dashboard
Go to Settings > Company Division:
4. Click Edit in the Company Details section:
5. Scroll down until you see the Additional signatures needed for Employee Injury Report drop-down menu.
Select the name of the user(s) who need to sign for every newly submitted injury report. All collaborator and admin users will be on this drop-down list. Note that if you plan to have a collaborator user signing all employee injury reports, you'll want to give them permissions to all establishments.
If you check the box below the drop down, this means that each person must sign. If you leave this box unchecked, it means that only one signature is required, and as soon as the first signature is received, the To-Do list item will fall off of everyone else's list.
6. IMPORTANT: You must scroll to the top of the page and hit Update for these changes to take place.
Designated Users: Signing an Employee Injury Report
NOTE - Email Notification: If you are a designated user who must sign for all new employee injury reports, you will receive an email each time an assignment is made. This email will contain a link - you can click that link, sign in, and it will take you directly to the task:
Otherwise, use the steps below to log in and access the Task from your To-Do list:

Click to enter your dashboard - it is best to click at the company level rather than an establishment, so you're sure to be in a view that includes the incident:
3. The signature task will be on your To-Do List - click on it:
4. Review the initial injury report, and then provide your signature at the end:
5. The item will be removed from your To-Do list and your signature is added to the report.
