Mobile App

We have completely modernized the mobile app and updated several pages to make it easier to navigate and find what you need. This includes the addition of a footer menu with easy access to the menu, QR scanner, Create New, Favorites, and to Sign Out.

Favorites

A Favorites functionality has been added, which allows admin users to assign favorites to users based on their group, area, job title, or a combination of those three things.

When users click Favorites on the mobile footer menu or under their To-Do list on the web, they will be able to start the item right away. Admins - see this article to learn how to set your favorites.

Areas

If a group has area(s), they will be required when entering anything except a training in the system. Admins - if you need help updating your areas list, please contact Customer Success and we will be happy to help!


Otherwise, this article will help you add/edit areas.

Audits

Audit templates will give you the option to add an Involved Employee drop-down to the audit. This adds the completed audit to the employee's profile. This is helpful for tying any sort of checklist or evaluation to an employee.

Audits can be Confidential. This works similarly to the existing custom document and behavior observation functionality where the company sets the list of collaborators and admins who can see confidential audits that are submitted.

Audit questions can be set to required on the template. This can apply to the entire audit, certain entire sections, or individual questions.

As such, when an audit has requirements that have not been met, the section will show highlighted red in the section drop-down on the mobile app.

When creating an audit from a template that is tied to any equipment, you will have an optional drop-down menu to select the piece of equipment you're working on.

Audits

Two new input types have been added to the question types available when creating an audit template:

  • Date/Time

  • Block of Text (this is used to deliver information and does not obtain an answer from the user when completing the audit)

Equipment

We have added an Assigned Employee drop-down for the equipment, allowing administrators to indicate which employee has been assigned this equipment.

Announcements

There is now an Announcement bell in the top right corner that will show the # of unread announcements, and will animate "ringing" when there are unread announcements until they are opened.

Mobile App

We updated the location drop-down menu on the mobile app to make it easier to choose your desired/current location.

Users will select a group, and if the group has areas, it will populate them for easy selection.

Custom Branding

The web and mobile app can be rebranded to your organization's colors, logo, and banner/tagline message.
