Editing Company/Division Information

NOTE: Only admin users will have access to perform these steps.

2. Select either the company level or any of the Group/Establishments.

3. Go to Settings and select Company Division

4. You will be taken to the Account Settings screen. Click on Edit in the top right hand corner to be taken to the editing screen

5. On the editing screen you will be able to edit the following company information:

  • Add a company logo

  • Change the division name and phone number

  • Address

  • Website

  • If your company uses OSHA or PERRP

  • NAICS and SIC number

  • Year the company was founded

  • Supervisor users who should have access to all incidents within their location

  • Hours worked (for information on how to use this feature, see this article)

6. When you have completed your changes, click update in the upper right hand corner.

Creating Groups/Establishments from the Login Page

NOTE: Users can only Create from the Main Login page. For the ability to Create, Edit, and Delete see the next section.

1. Log in on the web at https://www.ireportapp.com/login

2. From the Main Login page you will have the option to add a Long Term Establishment or a New Group/Short Term Establishment.

3. Click on the one you wish to create and this window will appear:

4. Enter the Group/Establishment name, and select Yes or No if this will be a separate establishment

  • NOTE: Select Yes to continue with creating a Long Term Group/Establishment and proceed to Step 5.

  • NOTE: Select No to continue with creating a Short Term Group/Establishment. Simply click Create and you will be finished.

5. After selecting Yes you will see this window. Answer the sections with a red * and then hit Create. The first two will be answered already.

  • NOTE: This address will be reported on your OSHA logs for any incidents that are listed under this location.

6. Once you have hit create, your new Long Term Group/Establishment will be created. You can now add employees and begin using any feature of the platform with the new establishment.

Creating, Editing, Hiding or Deleting Groups/Establishments from the Settings Menu

1. Log in on the web at https://www.ireportapp.com/login

2. Select either Company Level or your usual Group/Establishment.

3. Once on your Home Page, go to the menu on the left and select Settings, then Groups/Establishments.

4. You will now see all the Groups/Establishments for your company. From here you can Add a New Group Establishment, or you can Edit, Hide/Show or Delete an existing one.

  • NOTE: This view is permissions-based, so Collaborators will only see the groups/establishments they have access to, while Admins will see all groups/establishments.

  • NOTE: When you hide an establishment, no one can click into it from their dashboards anymore. You would use this for scenarios where you don't want any new data captured, but want to be able to un-hide later and access data whenever necessary.

5. To create a New Group/Establishment, click New Group or Establishment. This window will appear:

  • NOTE: Select Yes to continue with creating a Long Term Group/Establishment and proceed to Step 7.

  • NOTE: Select No to continue with creating a Short Term Group/Establishment. Simply click Create and you will be finished.

  • NOTE: This address will be reported on your OSHA logs for any incidents that are listed under this location.

8. Once you have hit create, your new Long Term Group/Establishment will be created. You will be taken back to the Group/Establishments page you started at. You can now add employees and begin using any feature of the platform with the new establishment.

You can also edit or delete a Group/Establishment from this page.

9. Editing a group/establishment will bring up this window. You can change anything in any of the fields. Hit Update to save changes.

10. Deleting a group/establishment will bring up this window. You will need to confirm that you wish to proceed with the deletion of this group/establishment.

  • NOTE: Only delete a group/establishment if absolutely necessary!! Deleting a group/establishment will delete all incident reports associated with it and you will no longer be able to access them. If you’ve deleted a group/establishment in error, please contact Customer Success for assistance.

Creating Areas from the Login Page

NOTE: Only collaborator and administrator users will have access to perform these steps unless noted!

1. Log in on the web at https://www.ireportapp.com/login

2. From the main login page, click on the + sign located in the bottom right of the group/establishment you wish to create the Area for.

3. Enter a name for the Area in the field and hit Create.

NOTE: If this Area is in need of its own OSHA Report/Log, you can enter that information here.

4. Your Area is now created and you will see it appear under the group/establishment:

5. Click on where it now says Areas and you will be able to either click into the project that was just created, or if you need to add more Areas to that location you can click on Add New Area and just repeat the steps above:

Creating, Editing, Hiding/Showing, and Deleting Areas from the Settings Menu

1. Log in on the web at https://www.ireportapp.com/login

2. Select either Company Level or your usual Group/Establishment.

3. Once on your Dashboard, go to the menu on the left and select Settings, then Areas:

4. You will be taken to a page with all the Areas for all your company’s group/establishments listed under their applicable locations. From here you will be able to create, edit, hide or delete Area.

  • NOTE: This is permissions-based, so Collaborators will only see Areas under groups/establishments they have access to view. Admins will see all Areas.

5. To create an Area, simply click on New Area in the top right corner. Select the group/establishment to add the Area to, and name the Area. Once done, hit Submit.

6. To Hide an Area, simply click Hide on the Area you wish to hide.

7. Confirm you wish to hide that Area and hit Submit:

NOTE: Hiding an Area means it will not be available to select on the site, such as when entering incident reports, audits, safety walks, etc. You can repeat these steps to Show the Area if/when it is needed again.

8. To edit an Area, click Edit and you will be able to change the group/establishment the Area is associated with, the name of the Area, and if it has an OSHA log. Hit Submit to save your changes.

9. To delete an Area, click on Delete and you will be asked to confirm your action.

  • NOTE: Like with a Group/Establishment, if an Area is deleted, so is its associated data. Because of this, it is advised that a user hide the Area instead of deleting. If you delete an Area in error, please contact Customer Success for assistance.
