The following enhancements were released on 3/13/23:

Feature/Action	Enhancement/Fix
Incident Reporting	We have made adjustments to the questions/answer choices to help make them more concise and easier to understand.
Safety Audits	We have added four new question types to the Safety Audit feature -- you will now have the ability to add these question types in addition to the standard yes/no/not applicable questions: Dropdown (select one) Multiselect (select multiple from a dropdown) Employee list (select one or multiple employees) Signature
Safety Audit Templates	When creating/editing a template, you now have the ability to delete a section.
Safety Audits	When completing an audit, any user can edit the notes they have entered. Once an audit is submitted, editing notes/photos is still limited to admin users.
Safety Audits/Equipment	When completing an audit tied to a piece of equipment, the equipment name will be in the instructions box. When reviewing a submitted audit tied to a piece of equipment, the equipment name will be in the overview section (next to time spent). When you receive a notification for an audit tied to a piece of equipment, the equipment name will be in the notification email body.
Safety Audit/Notifications	Safety Audit Title will be in the email notification subject line.
Safety Audit Exception Report	After running an exception report, you can email all users a reminder for their incomplete audits with one click. See this article for more information.
Announcements	We have added an Announcements feature to allow admin users to send messages to the whole company, certain establishments, or selected employee(s). See this article for more information.
Equipment	You can now add equipment to more than one group/establishment. NOTE: Doing this for equipment already in the system requires a manual edit, and will result in a new QR code being created.
Training Report	When downloading a training report, it will now download in the background, allowing you to keep working in the system and come back to download the file rather than having to wait on the page while it is generated.
Custom Document Data Download	When downloading a custom document's answers, it will now download in the background, allowing you to keep working in the system and come back to download the file rather than having to wait on the page while it is generated.
Notifications	Notifications for Repeating items will be sent as follows: Daily or Weekly item notifications get sent only the first time the item is assigned. Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly item notifications get sent each time they are assigned.
