Witness Statements

Supervisors, Collaborators and Admins who have access to incident reports now have the ability to send a witness statement to an email address. This is helpful for getting statements from non-employees, or employees who do not have an active iReportSource account. See this article for the steps to send external witness statements.

Safety Meetings

Safety Meeting notes can be recorded as a document in the system now. The first step is for an administrator to create the template for what questions are on the Safety Meeting document template. This is a great way to track what was covered in each meeting. Please contact Customer Success for help with building a template.

Announcements

Administrator users can edit, delete, and archive their announcements now. Also, when creating an announcement, they can select how long they want the announcement to display.

Table View

The top row of each table page (ex. Incidents, Audits, Trainings, etc.) is now frozen so you can always see the column headers. The scroll bar is also frozen so you no longer have to scroll down to use the left-to-right scroll bar.

Documents

We have made the default for documents to be visible in all establishments/areas when none are selected in the document's permissions. This way, if you want documents like Safety Procedures or SDS to be visible in all areas, and you add an area, you no longer need to edit the document permissions.

Reminders

All list pages for assignable items (Tasks, Audits, Trainings, etc.) will have a bulk Send Reminders option where you multi-select items and send a reminder with one action.

Timeout Warning

Users will be given a warning 10 minutes before the system automatically logs them out due to close to an hour of inactivity, and are given the chance to remain logged in or log out. If no choice is selected, they are logged out after the 10 minutes passes.
