Users have the ability to select which audit or lockout tagout templates are required for the equipment in your equipment list. By doing so, you'll be able to run reports and see which required audits have been completed/not completed YTD. See this article for how to run the Equipment Exception Report.
The steps shown below use Safety Audits as an example, but the same steps can be performed with Lockout Tagout Procedures.
1. Log in on the web at https://ireportapp.com/login
2. Enter your dashboard
3. From the General menu, click Equipment:
4. Scroll down to the Safety Audits section and click the Templates tab:
5. Click List Options and select Set Safety Audits to Required List:
6. From the provided drop-down menu, check the box next to all audit templates that are required for this piece of equipment, then click Submit:
7. These audits are now considered required for this piece of equipment.
