The following enhancements/fixes were released on 4/11/22:

Feature/Action

Enhancement/Fix

Supervisor Permissions

Supervisor users currently only see the incidents for which they were chosen as the employee's supervisor during creation, or if they reported the incident themselves. We now allow organizations to set up a list of supervisor users who should automatically get view/edit access to all incidents in the establishment(s) they have permissions for, even if they were not chosen during creation or did not create the incident. See this article for steps administrators can take to add supervisors to this list.

Supervisor Permissions

Supervisor users now have access to both Investigation and Action stages of the incident workflow. This will allow them to be involved in identifying root causes and assigning any necessary corrective actions. We have moved OSHA Compliance to the Closure stage which is still only available to collaborator and admin users.

Notifications

Supervisor users and above will be able to select which Project(s) they'd like to receive notifications from. Steps for setting notification preferences are in the linked articles for web/email and mobile push notifications.

MyAnalytics

Collaborator and Admin users can now choose which columns they want to be visible for an analytics card in Detailed View. Simply choose Display Columns from the List Options drop-down menu when viewing a card's Detailed View, and check/uncheck the columns to match your preferences. When exported to a .CSV, only the columns you have displayed will be exported.

MyAnalytics

We removed several columns from the Detailed View in MyAnalytics, as they were internal database points and not needed by end users. This will clean up the columns and make it easier to determine which ones you want to view.

Documents on Mobile

All documents on the mobile app will now be organized in folders, just as they are on the web. Also, you'll have the ability to search for documents by title. This will be true for all document types -- Safety Procedures, SDS, Custom Documents, etc.

Platform Behavior

When an item such as an incident report, safety walk, safety audit, training, etc. is deleted, all sub-items (tasks, attachments, comments, etc.) will also be deleted.
