Offline

You now have the ability to create and complete both Audits and Safety Walks while offline. You must first elect to store files for offline use in your profile on the mobile app. This article explains how offline works in more detail.

Safety Suggestion

The new Safety Suggestion allows users to anonymously submit suggestions or point out hazards to administrator users. Admins can then respond, also anonymous, with what steps will be taken to address the suggestion/hazard. See this article for more information.

Analytics

Administrator and collaborator users can schedule emails to be sent with the CSV/JSON file attached on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. This works the same way as the current PDF reports, but will now give the option of the CSV or JSON file to be attached to the email as well. Incident Reporting

We now have a column on the FROI Import that allows you to show which incidents are recordables vs. non-recordables. This import allows you to fill out a spreadsheet and bulk-create injury reports to populate the system with historical data, at your discretion.
