My To-Dos is the list home of all your assignments within the iReportSource system. It allows you to see at a glance your current and past due assignments, as well as what feature they relate to and when they are due.

This brief guide will explain how to use this feature so you can stay on top of your assignments!

NOTE: This guide will display the Web version of My To-Dos. The mobile app version follows the same Color Coding and Due Date principles.

Color Coding

My To-Dos utilizes color coding to help you quickly see what items are Past Due and which are still current.

  • Blue applies to all current assignments

  • Red applies to all late due assignments

Due Dates

You can always check on when your assignment is due by referencing the Due Date on the right side of each assignment.

  • Late is always in Red and will have the now past due date displayed below it

  • Due is always in Blue and will have the expected due date displayed below it

Assignment Types

If something has been assigned to a user in iReport, it will show up on that users My To-Dos. Here are the types of assignments one can potentially see:

Interaction

Interaction with your My To-Dos has two components: Clicking into the assignment and submitting the assignment.

  • My To-Dos is designed so all you need to do to access your assignment directly is to click on the assignment from your My To-Dos. You will be automatically taken to where you can complete the assignment!

  • Once you are done with your assignment, be sure to submit the assignment! Once submitted, the assignment is removed from your My To-Dos and you can move on to the next one.

    • If it still appears though, click back in and make sure you have submitted properly for the assignment at hand!
