The following enhancements were released on 7/29/24:

Any Form with Required Questions

When a user attempts to submit a form that has required questions and some are not answered, they will be highlighted in red so they're easier to find. The field also highlights red if a user hovers over it and doesn't provide an answer.

Archiving Content

Users will be able to multi-select items to Archive from any list page. This moves it from the Active tab to the Archive tab. You can always still go to the items in the Archive tab, but by moving them out of your default view the pages load faster and you are able to focus on only what you want to see. Additionally, you can set a default Date Range for your list pages. See this article for more information on archiving and setting dates for list pages.

Analytics

In Analytics, you can now choose which columns are on the export when a CSV or JSON file is downloaded. See this article for more information.

There is now a daily option for sending analytics report files (PDF, CSV, or JSON) to an email address.

New columns added to Analytics detailed view/export:

Incident Reports:

  • Additional Witnesses

  • Company Costs

  • Insurance Costs

Audits:

  • Overall Audit Score

OSHA

  • Accounting Lost Days (this shows the lost days within any given time frame, regardless of if the incident occurred prior to the selected time frame)

  • Vehicle Accidents by Accident Type

Incident Reports

When downloading an incident report that contains multiple types of incidents, you will be asked which report(s) you want to download the data from. See this article on downloading reports for more information.

Employee Injury Reports

We changed how the Return to Work and Recurrence Forms work. Now you have a choice to add a form that is needed, rather than them already being in the report. This way, if you only need to put in a Return to Work form, you won't have to mark the Recurrence form N/A.
